RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return & Refund Policy

At Buffalo Sage Candle Co., we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted candles and wax melts. Due to the nature of our products, we have a final sale policy with limited exceptions. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
•Because our candles and wax melts are handmade in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
•We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or accidental purchases.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at Amanda@buffalosagecandleco.com with:
✅ Your order number
✅ Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
✅ A brief description of the issue
Resolution Options:
•If approved, we will send a replacement or offer store credit at our discretion.
•We may require the damaged product to be returned before issuing a replacement.
3. Order Issues & Missing Items
If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong product, please email us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
4. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). If your package is lost, delayed, or stolen:
•Check the tracking details first.
•If the carrier confirms a lost package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
•We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist you.
5. Cancellations & Order Changes
•Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
•After 24 hours, we begin processing, and cancellations or changes may not be possible.
6. Custom & Wholesale Orders
•Custom & private label orders are non-refundable.
•Wholesale orders are final sale unless there is a defect or error on our part.

•During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend to 5-7 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
•We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.
•Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient method for your location.
•Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days once your order has been processed. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
•Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
•Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Locations
•Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Buffalo Sage Candle Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. However, if you experience an issue:
•Lost or Stolen Packages: Check with your local post office or delivery service. If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please wait 24-48 hours before reaching out.
•Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amanda@buffalosagecandleco.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right!
Incorrect Shipping Address
