Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 

Candles: 24 units total (minimum of 4 per scent)

Wax Melts: 24 clamshells total (minimum 4 per scent)

Custom Orders + Private Label: 50+ units (special pricing + lead times apply)

⭐First-Time Wholesale Buyers: We offer a smaller MOQ of 12 candles (with 3 per scent) to allow new retail partners to test our products.

⭐Reordering: Repeat wholesale orders follow the standard 24-unit minimum.

How to Order

1️⃣ Either email us directly at Amanda@buffalosagecandleco.com or fill out the below contact form. Specify in the comments section that you are seeking details on our wholesale services. 

2️⃣ You will receive an email back within 48-72 hours with our Wholesale Line Sheet, Order Form, and our Contract. Once you have reviewed these, fill them out and send them back to me. 

3️⃣ Your order will be processed and you will receive the invoice and delivery/pickup date.
